The Incredibles

"The only normal one is Jack Jack and he's not even toilet trained."
I love Jack Jack, he's too adorable.

Right now, I'm downloading NEWS' Live Diamond, which I unfortunately won't be getting to watch until sometime this weekend.

I should get back to writing my Sociology paper >_>

Edit: I'm abused too much by my nephew =_=

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
from all the downloads you've been doing?

LJ notifications are hating me again.

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
Oh distractions. Why so delicious?

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
they are. and they're hard to avoid when you have a child to take care of >_>

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 02:42 am (UTC)(link)
I went over my friends house and his little brother was so spazzy and kept asking questions it was equal parts adorable and distracting.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
you went out of your house/apartment?

that sounds like my nephew. only he also gets annoying.

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 03:01 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah remember when I told you about the Captain of the basketball team? We're still friends so I go over there sometimes.

I might leave tomorrow too because I walked home and it was a really long walk but it was nice so I might do that tomorrow too.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
oh.. sounds like fun. it's always nice to be able to spend time with friends.

that's good. nice walks are nice. I'd go for a nice long walk, but if today was any indication of what tomorrow will be, it's not going to happen. it rained and as much as I love rain, I'm not up for taking long walks in it.

I've said nice too much just right now

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 04:26 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah it snowed here today lol. But I love the snow so it was all right.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 04:31 am (UTC)(link)
I like snow. I'm sad it doesn't snow in california. I'd be more accepting of the cold weather if it did. and I'd so be outside making snow angels

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 05:02 am (UTC)(link)
I always feel bad for people that don't get snow. It's so pretty....I almost made a snow angel today but I would've gotten all wet XD

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 05:09 am (UTC)(link)
I feel bad for myselfcalifornia too :_:

making snow angels will do that to you. but it's more fun to get wet that way than have rain pouring down on you.

[identity profile] sadistic-dance.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
I actually quite like the rain too.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 06:02 am (UTC)(link)
I liked it when I was up north, and I'm grateful for when it rains down south, but it comes randomly in southern california. like yesterday (and the entire week/month before) was bright, warm, and sunny, then today it's all dark, cold, and rainy pretty much out of nowhere. if it's the same tomorrow, I'll be fine and happy with the rain. but if it's not, I'm might have a mood swing. I have weird issues with weather.

It was totally worth the wait. The whole DVD is hilarious and the concert is great.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 06:18 pm (UTC)(link)
nice. I'm even more excited to watch it now. the weekend needs to get here fast.

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 08:09 pm (UTC)(link)
the DVD. Is great. Awesome. Perfect. Amazing. Hilarious. Sexy. Funny. Heart-warming. *insert more positive comments here*

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-08 09:00 pm (UTC)(link)
I kind of expected all those words out of you.

I know how you feel.

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 01:11 am (UTC)(link)
oh, my objectivity is rather gone when it comes to certain things.

Come weekend and you'll be flailing too

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 07:33 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 07:47 am (UTC)(link)
I've watched up to weeeek so far. I'll start watching again after classes are over on Thursday. this is my full last week of actual classes since next week is final exams. the end is so close, I can almost taste it.

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 09:42 am (UTC)(link)
aah, envious. :) so you're done before Christmas? not bad :) final exams with news company.. I'm sure you can do it and still stay sane ^^

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 01:10 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah, which is why I felt bad for complaining. I'll do my best, I just don't like that for my humanities final it's a combination of a group project and a paper. I'd much rather not let my grade rest on my group thankyouverymuch

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 04:19 pm (UTC)(link)
felt bad for complaining? why? that's what exams are form - to complain about ;) pff, just wait for me, when my time comes.

Group projects, omg, we just finished working on one (it's not yet done, we need to hand it in in less than 24 hours and have no idea what exactly are we even supposed to do with few parts). The rest of my group left but I'm going for dinner with friend in hour and half, not enough time to go home and back, so I'm killing time in school (online) :) there's still a written exam to this class, but group projects make about half of the grade and no, I'm not in the slightest happy about it. Especially since it was me who did about.. 80% of the last project.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-10 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
yes, I know that's what they're there for. but there's this saying that goes along the lines of one shouldn't complain about the burdens they have because it's nothing compared to the burdens of someone else. I have a long history with guilt trip and stuff like that >_> I'm here, preparing myself for when your time comes :D

I don't know how to word this, but >_<
group projects are more of a pain than anything else I've had to deal with ever. I can never say enough how much I hate group projects. and it's for that exact reason, one person always gets stuck doing all the work (well, maybe not always, but more often than not). I'm sorry hun. hopefully your group will actually put in effort into the project this time

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-10 02:01 am (UTC)(link)
people here would be more like.. nah, you brought it upon you yourself, so now suffer. A great way to actually help someone relax, yes :D idk, healthy complaining is.. healthy. Obviously complaining about everything, everyone and all the time just pisses people off, but normal amount of complaining is necessary. Because the life as I see it is not flowers and rainbows, but is all about struggling and failing and trying with happy moments thrown in between. And showing people just the happy part is only one side of the picture and there are people who want to see both. Uh, this got all lengthy and mushy, so bottom line: it's ok to complain and there are people who want to hear it. *sap*

yes. And I'm pain in the ass and want to make sure it's perfect (or as perfect as it gets) before handing it in, so I imagine I'm terrible to work with. I'm capable of redoing something from the scratch the night before deadline if I knew it would be better. That's prolly why I always get stuck with the most work, because there are all these details that have to be taken care of. I don't know if I could work with myself :D

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-10 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
lol... mushy, this word always makes me laugh for some reason. but yes, complaining from time to time is good and healthy.

I don't mean to quote you, but it seems like you bring that upon yourself. but I understand. wanting something to be perfect is normal, especially if it's a part of your grade. I actually like working with people who are perfectionists, cause I know that the project will end up being very well done.

[identity profile] zvemi.livejournal.com 2009-12-10 01:14 pm (UTC)(link)
oh, I'm perfectly aware of, you know, suffering because I chose to. The problem is I'm not convinced it was the right choice :)

then I prolly always end up with wrong people to work with :D but the group for this project isn't that bad, we'll see what the outcome will be.

[identity profile] mstzanicki.livejournal.com 2009-12-10 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)
as long as you get a good grade on your project, I'd say it was a good choice, but that's just grade wise.

aww. that's good that you have a better group for this project. I hope your project goes well.
