I go to bed every night at 10 when I need to wake up at 5 the next morning, I'm able to avoid feeling like that with that routine. I'm sorry, but some sleep is better than no sleep at all. good luck bb
and we... like to make you happy by making us happy? XD damn, this is getting too complicated
that's good you worked it out :) yep, I guess. I feel shitty, but refreshed nevertheless. I can hold out for the exam. Not sure if it will bring the desired effect, but it prolly wouldn't anyway. But I won't have more than max 4 hours of sleep for next 2 days and definitely more people than I can handle want to have drink with me >_< oh, conventions. How I love them and hate at the same time.
how horrible. please tell me you'll get some much needed rest after these next two days. I can only imagine the toll your body is taking from lack of proper sleep and being stressed out almost all the time. I'm going to sleep now. night. I'll send some positive thoughts your way.
don't worry, I will sleep, I can't function like this for long. Anyway, the stuff we didn't cover indeed was on the exam and of course it was the part for most points >_> but even without it there's a chance to pass.. if I have almost everything else correct, haha. We'll see. It's no use worrying about it now. Now the panel... good night :) or rather.. good morning :D
I feel like I did my best on the exam and if I didn't make it, I think it would be very close. The panel definitely was fun! :) I feel really good about it. Not that many people showed up, but that was expected given what kind of a con it was, but those who did were genuinely interested, which is GREAT! Some were even taking notes, haha :D the effort was definitely worth it. And I was praised by several people and asked to have panels on a different con, which made me so happy! :) I enjoy hosting panels (even though I'm always nervous and stress about them) and if other people enjoy listening to them, I'm delighted :) it motivates me to do better next time
I'm glad you had a good time at your panel. it's nice that there were some people interested. who knows, you may have just converted people into jdrama fans/addicts. so are you going to do a panel at that other con?
I certainly hope so~ :D yep, I am :) it's a con on Japan only and last year I did 5 panels there, which is prolly also about how many I'll do this year :D oh, I also made up with my ex-girlfriend. We didn't get back together, I wouldn't even want to (again), but I believe now we're able to talk like civilized people again. Hopefully.
I do too XD that's a lot of panels but so cool that it's Japan only. I'd love to go to one of those cons but the ones here are kind of expensive. good, but yeah, I wouldn't want you to go through that ordeal again.
it's a lot, but the con is in mid-summer= holidays, so it feels good to delve into something you really like to let people know about it, when you have the time :) compared to many other people I spend ridiculous amount of time on my panels, because I don't feel comfortable talking about something I don't have extensive knowleadge about.. I've seen way too many panels like that, where obviously the people didn't have any interest in the topic and only researched it for the sake of the panel. I don't want to be like that. The cons here are "for fans by fans", so they're not that ~proffesional~ (thus expensive) but more enjoyable with friendly atmosphere and dedicated people :) and it's part of its charm that you sleep in a sleeping bag in a classroom, smoke in the restrooms like back in the days (since most cons are taking place in school buildings) after drinking the night away with your "weird" friends. Admittedly in the end it's all about the people there (which is the biggest reason why I even go to cons), but no-one knows them from the beggining and if you ever have the chance, you should give it a try :) obviously I've never been to american con, but I've heard a lot about it and I'd love to see one. Thanks. Whoa, trust me, I don't want to go through that ordeal again either. We 'oficially' broke up only yesterday, more or less exactly after 4 years. Of course there were wonderful times, but... nope. Not again. I'm actually relieved it finally cleared between us. :)
having the time to do things you like is always wonderful :) and I hate it when people aren't interested in whatever they're talking about. it's like "how do you expect your listeners to be interested when you don't enjoy whatever it is you're talking about now show that you have much knowledge in that subject." your cons sound like so much fun, I'd go to one of those. if you're ever in southern California, I'd be glad to go with you ^_^ I'm glad everything is cleared up between you two. it's one less thing you have to worry about.
