Movie Theatre?

Sitting in the movie theatre waiting to watch Where the Wild Things Are and there's literally no audio. Anyone else ever have this happen to them?

btw, have you ever had any problems with getting LJ notifications in your email? i haven't been getting any emails since friday and my notification settings for that are on. and the emails were the way I responded cause it was just easier.

I'm not even sure if I'm going to make that post in the first place. psh, who am I kidding, making a post about worshipping an LJ friend (or two) is too awesome to pass up :P if your comments are boring (I really hope they aren't), then I accept your pity. if they're amusing, then you don't need to.

I kind of want to run the post by you before I post it (idk why), but I don't know how to. so I guess I'll just post it. I'm sure zvemi will have a laugh about it too, maybe I should wait until I know for sure she'll see it. I'm not making sense to myself anymore :\

tell me about it. instead of just going to my email, I have to go to the actual page to respond to a comment. it's not so bad for this cause of the notifications on the home page, but for ffa's or friends' posts, it's torture. I even tried changing my email and it still didn't work. argh!

oh yeah, i can deal with it when it's comments on my page but when it's in things like arama or communities its just more efficient in finding out which comment it was a reply to. i would die in ffa's without my email

lol. even if you don't stay on topic, it would be alright. honestly, I don't know where else to just talk about random stuff outside of ffa's, so might as well just do it on my posts (since I really don't mind at all and I don't have many friends on here anyway, so it's manageable)

that's how I felt on friday. and it wasn't even the whole day, the emails came in the morning but by the afternoon, they just stopped. I wanted to cry about it, but didn't cause I was too busy being entertained by all the comments.

but your posts actually seem relevant and are not only three sentences long and I don't want to "tarnish/ruin" (the right word for this is on the tip of my tongue) that

yeah. I went to check my email and nothing. I went to check it again a half hour later, nothing. then I decided to go to the pages where I responded to someone and sure enough, they responded back.
as;ldgfjasdfkj;ogj email fail makes me incoherent. I'm not even sure if it's my email's fault, LJ's fault, or both, which is why I tried everything and still came up with no conclusions.

oh there was that one time we got up to like 100 comments with alot of strikeout XD

that would be so disheartening. i rely on my email, i actually don't sign out lol

that was great. how could I have forgotten that. we went through so many different topics in that strikeout, didn't it start with Yamapi/Mola and end with twitter?

yeah, it hurt. in fact, it still does. lol, I don't sign out of anything either.
